Purpose

Mizank organizes personal debts, accounts, and simple business records. It does not provide accounting, tax, banking, or legal advice and does not replace a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for entered data, reviewing balances and reports, protecting backup passwords, and granting ledger access only to trusted people. Exchange rates are indicative and can be edited before saving.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unauthorized access, fraud, disruption, or unlawful activity. Do not place bank passwords or full payment-card numbers in notes.

Availability and liability

Cloud features can be interrupted by connectivity or third-party services. Keep an encrypted backup. To the extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate input, financial decisions based on the app, a lost backup password, or a third-party outage.

Deletion and changes

You may delete your account and data inside the app. Use that threatens the service, other users, or violates applicable law may be restricted. Continued use after a material update means acceptance of the updated terms.
